We used Gomtegas to remodel our first floor/change layout and to add a new kitchen and small addition. They also did 3 bathrooms including putting a new master bath in the addition. We had some unexpected permitting issues but everything within Esvin's control was done very well. Esvin is a very kind patient and responsive person. Everyone who works for him is so great. They made sure to make our reno site as safe as possible since we lived there part time with our 2 toddlers. They even built a very sturdy temporary wall to separate us from the construction zone. I also really appreciated that the guys working for Esvin were extremely respectful of alerting me what time they would be arriving/leaving and would always check in with me before doing anything noisy or needed to leave the doors open. Everyone who comes to our house was blown away with the transformation they created in our home & I would recommend them to anyone doing a home reno project.
